  • 1/3 cup pure honey
  • 1/3 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in a resealable bag or dish with the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  4. Remove salmon from marinade (reserve marinade) and place on grill or baking sheet.
