Instructions
- Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut into equal-sized chunks.
- Boil the potato chunks in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and return to pot.
- Mash the potatoes with butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape using a skull-shaped cookie cutter or mold.
