- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant (about 3 minutes).
- Add bell peppers; cook until slightly softened (about 5 minutes).
- Push veggies aside; add shrimp to the pan. Season with Cajun seasoning and cook until pink and opaque (about 3–4 minutes).
- Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce; mix well and heat through (about 5 minutes).
