- ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage until crumbly. Drain excess fat if needed.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour into the skillet with the sausage and scramble until just set.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spoon in the sausage-egg mixture, topping with cheddar cheese before rolling tightly.
