  • 3 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook butternut squash cubes until tender (10-12 minutes). Drain well.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, minced garlic, chopped sage, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
