  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or drained canned)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Milk (for glaze)

Instructions
