  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions, typically about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat with a splash of oil. Season salmon fillets with salt and cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook until fully done.
