  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a pot, add fettuccine, and cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onion until translucent (about 3 minutes). Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Lower the heat, pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Gradually add parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the creamy mixture in the skillet. Gently fold in spinach until wilted.
  6. Serve hot with extra parmesan if desired.
