- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
