- 28 oz canned San Marzano tomatoes

- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic, diced carrots, and celery; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground beef; break it apart with a wooden spoon and brown for about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in canned tomatoes and red wine, scraping any browned bits from the bottom.
- Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set to 'Manual' high pressure for 25 minutes. Allow a natural release for 10 minutes before venting.
