  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 soft burger buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add the chicken breasts, garlic, and Cajun seasoning; cook until browned on all sides (6-8 minutes).
  4. Remove chicken and shred it using two forks.
  5. In the same skillet, combine tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
  6. Return shredded chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 10 minutes until heated through.
