  • 1 cup Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in a bit of oil until translucent (5-7 minutes).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onions, stuffing mix, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an 8×4-inch loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Spread additional ketchup on top.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
