  • 45 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, and sear the marinated flank steak for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
  4. Reduce the heat, add remaining minced garlic to the skillet, and stir gently to infuse the butter.
