  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 4 cups water
  • 34 black tea bags (high-quality)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot; remove from heat and steep black tea bags for 5 minutes.
  2. While tea steeps, mash quartered strawberries with honey or sugar in a bowl.
  3. Juice lemons and orange; strain if desired.
  4. Remove tea bags and let tea cool slightly. Combine cooled tea, mashed strawberries, and citrus juice in a pitcher.
  5. Add mint leaves and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
