- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the strawberries by hulling and halving them. Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks.
- In a blender, combine half of the strawberries with 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and set aside.
- In the same blender, blend the pineapple chunks with the remaining ice cubes until smooth. Add honey or agave syrup if desired.
- To create swirls, alternate pouring the strawberry mixture and pineapple mixture into serving glasses, starting with strawberry at the bottom.
- Serve immediately with fresh fruit slices on top as garnish if desired.
