Description

Cucumber snacks are the ultimate refreshing treat, perfect for warm weather gatherings or a light appetizer. Crisp and vibrant, these cucumber slices come alive with a drizzle of olive oil, a splash of lemon juice, and a sprinkle of your favorite herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
