  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and parsley.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat; add 2 tbsp of butter. Sear the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in egg noodles with enough water to cover them; cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in heavy cream while scraping the bottom of the pan to combine flavors.
  6. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then return the seared chicken to the pan.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
