  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
