Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Green onions
  • Garlic
  • Ketchup
  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form medium-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F / 71°C).
  5. While the meatballs bake, mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl until well combined.
