  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
