  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  5. Stir in paprika along with additional salt and pepper as desired. Top each chicken breast with shredded jack cheese.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from oven, let rest briefly, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
