  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
