  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently.
  7. Drop dough balls onto parchment-lined baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
