- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 2 tbsp bacon grease (reserved from cooking bacon)
- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 4 cheese slices (your choice)
- 4 brioche or potato burger buns
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Reserve the grease.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, bacon grease, garlic powder, and lemon juice until creamy to make baconnaise.
- Divide ground beef into four portions, gently shaping them into balls.
