- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned; drain excess grease.
- Stir in softened cream cheese until melted, then add Rotel, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Place about one tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.
- Arrange on a greased baking sheet with space between each roll.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
