  • 2 large fresh oranges (juiced and zested)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, and olive oil.
  4. Pour half of the glaze over the chicken in the baking dish, ensuring it's well coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Drizzle remaining glaze over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
