  • 12 frozen meatballs (about 1 lb)
  • 6 slider buns
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan until combined.
  4. Slice slider buns horizontally and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Layer frozen meatballs on the bottom half of the buns and drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over them.
  6. Cover with the top half of the buns, brushing the remaining garlic butter on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
