  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, avocados)

Instructions

  3. Rest and slice: Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds per side until pliable.
