- 12 Whole Cloves
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the bone-in ham in a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey (or maple syrup), and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
- Secure pineapple rings on the ham, adding remaining juice to the pan.
