  • 810 lb Bone-In Ham
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz) Pineapple Rings in Juice
  • 12 Whole Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Place the bone-in ham in a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey (or maple syrup), and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
  4. Secure pineapple rings on the ham, adding remaining juice to the pan.
  5. Insert whole cloves into the scored intersections.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound. Remove foil during the last 30 minutes to caramelize.
