  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  2. Place chicken cubes in a resealable bag, pour marinade over them, seal the bag tightly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with some space in between for even cooking.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Allow skewers to rest briefly before serving.
