  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 12 muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Prepare your muffin tin by lining it with festive muffin liners.
  2. Melt half of the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Spoon the melted dark chocolate into each muffin liner until halfway full, tapping gently to remove air bubbles.
  4. Melt the remaining dark chocolate chips and pour over the first layer in each cup.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle it on top of each cup.
  6. While still warm, sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over each cup, pressing down slightly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until set.
