  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter (for grilling)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Thinly slice the onion and shape the ground beef into four equal patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Sauté onions: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add onions and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
