- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 6 strips crispy bacon
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Stir in minced garlic with the beef; sauté until fragrant. Pour in marinara sauce and mix well.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper.
- Layer ingredients in a baking dish: start with sauce, then noodles, half the cheese mixture, beef mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, then bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
