  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 6 strips crispy bacon
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Stir in minced garlic with the beef; sauté until fragrant. Pour in marinara sauce and mix well.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer ingredients in a baking dish: start with sauce, then noodles, half the cheese mixture, beef mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, then bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
