Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh key lime juice
  • Zest of 2 key limes
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottoms and sides of mini pie tins or muffin pans.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
