  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups fresh cranberries, chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  4. Dissolve gelatin in warm water and stir into the cheesecake mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped cranberries.
  6. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
