  • 8 oz deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz turkey breast, sliced
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally. Layer ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
  4. Dip each assembled slider into the egg mixture until fully coated.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry sliders until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer sliders to a baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
