  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked spicy sausage, crumbled
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 23 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crumbled sausage, hot sauce, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and evenly spread it out. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
