- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)
- 1 oz au jus gravy mix (1 packet)
- 5 banana or pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Sear the chuck roast in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
- In a slow cooker, layer chopped carrots and potatoes at the bottom, then place the roast on top. Pour in beef broth and add peppers.
