  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
