Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 8-10 minutes; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the grated Parmesan and some dried oregano.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce. Repeat until ingredients are used.
