Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Ground beef
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 8-10 minutes; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the grated Parmesan and some dried oregano.
  4. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce. Repeat until ingredients are used.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
