  • 4 slices sourdough or Texas toast bread
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean surface and slice the bread thickly.
