- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cream together cold butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the creamed mixture until just combined.
