  • 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and olive oil to create the herb mixture.
  3. Season the prime rib generously with salt and pepper.
