  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  3. Add in the eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla extract; mix until the dough is thick yet smooth.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges but soft in the center.
  6. While cooling, whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice to make a glaze and drizzle over the cooled cookies.
