  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup high-quality honey
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (preferably pure)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a clean surface and cover thawed phyllo dough with a damp cloth.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
