Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let it rest before slicing.
- Mix grated cucumber with yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and dill in a bowl; adjust seasoning to taste.
- Layer rice or quinoa in bowls; top with sliced chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and tzatziki sauce.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve warm pita alongside.
