Ingredients

  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix marinara sauce with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese with salt and pepper until smooth; gently fold in spinach if using.
  4. Layer the ingredients in a baking dish: spread sauce on the bottom, add noodles, then ricotta mixture and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
