  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Blanch Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add heavy cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine cooked Brussels sprouts with the garlic cream sauce, then transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
