- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Chop garlic and parsley; boil water for pasta.
