  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz fresh egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers or snap peas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Sear in a hot skillet with oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat and add minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain while reserving some pasta water.
  4. Combine cooked noodles with garlic butter sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in the skillet. Toss for 3-4 minutes until well combined.
  5. Slice rested steak against the grain and toss over noodles. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
